FAQ
Much of our work involves doing financial projections into the future, often for legal claims. This is generally accompanied by an actuarial report explaining how the calculations were done and laying out the results. We also give expert witness testimony on our reports, as required.
We require the following basic information:
- The date of the accident.
- The birth date of the claimant.
In addition we also require the following earnings information:
- Details of the claimant’s career progress and earnings since the accident.
- Details of the claimant’s expected income had there not been an accident.
- Details of the claimant's expected future income given that the accident has occurred.
See our “Forms” page for more details.Ideally, the report of an Industrial Psychologist should be provided to us, as this report would generally contain all of the above mentioned information that we require.
We require the following information:
- The date of the accident and death.
- The names and birth dates of all of the claimants.
- Earnings information of the deceased and claimants.
- Details of any inheritance received.

For each medical expense item to quantify we require the following:
- The cost of the expense.
- The expected frequency of the expense.
- The dates over which the expense will be required.
- The probability that the expense will be required (where relevant).
The above information is generally contained in the reports of the various medical experts who have attended to the claimant. Thus all we usually require is a copy of these medical expert reports.See our “Forms” page for more details.
